Let us step in and walk with you through those last few weeks leading up to your wedding. On the big day, sit back and let us handle every detail.
Planning Support

Our Planning Support service is designed for couples who want to lead their planning while benefiting from professional guidance along the way. Through personalized design direction, curated vendor recommendations, and thoughtful planning check-ins, we ensure every detail is intentional and refined. On your wedding day, our team seamlessly takes the lead with full Event Production services.
Looking for a smaller commitment? Consider our Insight Hour service: a 60 minute call with a professional planner who will assist you in making decisions, provide design direction, and help you finalize your wedding plans. You can use the 60 minutes however you please!

Yes! Your venue coordinator’s role is to coordinate what’s going on at the venue, they are a huge help! By hiring an outside coordinator you also have someone to coordinate what’s going on leading up to the big day with the rest of your vendors. We work closely with your venue coordinator to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Our most in-depth design services are offered through our Full Service Planning & Design package, where we guide every aspect of the planning and design process to create a fully cohesive wedding experience. Because design and logistics go hand in hand, this level of involvement allows us to ensure every detail is beautifully executed. Couples in our Planning Support package still receive personalized design direction and a custom design board to help guide their overall aesthetic.
