1.) Submit your inquiry
Tell us your date and location for your wedding day and what you’re envisioning. Don’t be shy, we can’t wait to hear and learn more!
2.) Review packages and pricing
If we’re available on your date, we’ll send over our packages and pricing for you to review. We’re confident you’ll be able to find your best fit with our outlined packages.
3.) Schedule an introductory call
We are so excited to meet with you and chat through all things wedding day! This is a great opportunity for us to get a better feel for your goals, where we can support you most, and get a taste of what’s to come.
4.) Complete your contract and secure your down payment
We promise this will be one of the more fun contracts you sign and payments you make throughout this process. We are going to help you create the wedding of your dreams.
5.) You’re booked!

Do I need a wedding planner?
Yes! If you value the investment you've put into your wedding day, you need a planner to make sure your vision comes to life and to allow you (and your family and friends) to relax and enjoy every moment of it!
What does a wedding planner manage?
So much! We manage a lot of what goes on behind the scenes from communication with your vendor teams, to the planning timeline, wedding day timeline, set up and tear down. We also are there to provide design guidance and direction about wedding related decisions. We are involved every step of the way to help ensure your wedding planning process and wedding day are as smooth as possible.
What does the average investment look like?
To allow us to deliver you a fully custom experience we recommend establishing a wedding investment budget ranging between $500-$900 per attendee. For a wedding of 150 guests this translates to an overall investment of $75,00-$135,000. Our preference is to evaluate your total investment in relation to your projected guest count, recognizing that the guest count significantly influences the extent to which your financial resources can be maximized.

One of the many perks of working with an established wedding planner is getting access to our industry connections! Not only do we have connections with some incredible vendors, but we also get to know you and your event aspirations so we can best pair you with vendors that meet your needs and align with your vision. We don't do cookie cutter weddings here - we hand select the vendors we believe are the best fit for each individual event.
